The RoleSeeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to take a leading role in the design, development, and optimisation of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable solutions, improve system performance, and support strategic initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between remote working and time in the London office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD pipelines)
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team
- Maintain system security, data integrity, and performance optimisation
- Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting of the Salesforce platform
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the platform
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
