Base salary range: £100,000-£120,000

Are you a visionary Salesforce Solution Architect ready to design enterprise-grade solutions that unlock real business value? Join a dynamic consultancy working on cutting-edge Salesforce implementations across Loyalty Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll be the bridge between complex business requirements and elegant technical solutions. You'll:

• Translate business and technical needs into scalable Salesforce capabilities.
• Model processes, architecture, and data structures to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop robust, enterprise-grade architecture that maximizes Salesforce platform value.
• Align business strategy with technological direction.
• Guide and mentor teams, enforce architectural standards, and support delivery excellence.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, including recent Loyalty Cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce product suite and cross-cloud integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead workshops (Discovery, Solution Design, Delivery).
• Comfortable advising on governance, change management, and strategic adoption.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect preferred.
