The Role In this position, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution for Tier-1 brands.
Lead discovery workshops to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce blueprints.
Design technical solutions, including data models, integration patterns, and custom specifications.
Drive hands-on configuration and declarative development while overseeing technical delivery teams.
Act as a trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project success.
Manage full-cycle implementations from initial discovery through to final go-live.
Candidate Requirements This role requires a techno-functional expert who understands how to build scalable solutions founded on strong business logic.
A background in Salesforce consultancy or professional services is essential.
Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Deep expertise in declarative tools and configuration, with the technical depth to guide developers on Apex, LWC, and APIs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder.
