Role Purpose
The Business Change Technical Specialist supports the adoption of business and IT change within a division, ensuring operational readiness and enabling timely, cost‐effective delivery of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess change impacts with stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver change strategies and interventions (e.g., training needs analysis, communication plans).
- Produce and support go‐live and readiness plans, including change champion networks.
- Lead on people‐related risks and issues.
- Define, track, and manage readiness and exit criteria.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience delivering business change within financial services or regulated environments.
- Experience with PROSCI, Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to overcome resistance.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess operational risk.
- Strategic thinker able to challenge established approaches.
- Experience managing risks, mitigations, and interdependencies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
- Coaching skills.
- Business change qualifications such as PROSCI.
