• Good communications skill is must
• Knowledge of Agile is must
• Knowledge of working in rainbow team structure
• Estimation techniques
• Adhere to quality processes and mentor junior team members.
• Design Test Cases
• Do peer reviews
• Create test data
• Test execution, assess / discuss test issues
• Maintain traceability matrix
• Log Defects
• Show and tell Defect triage
• SC Cleared / Eligible is a must
• NHSE experience preferred.
