  • Translate complex public sector finance requirements into well-structured Oracle EPM solutions
  • Design integrations between Oracle EPM and source systems
  • Define data models, metadata structures, business rules, and security frameworks aligned to public sector reporting needs

  • Run discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution walkthroughs with confidence and clarity

  • Advise clients on EPM best practice, roadmap planning, and adoption strategies

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Own technical delivery accountability for EPM workstreams — guiding functional consultants, developers, and offshore teams
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to Oracle best practice
  • Coach and mentor junior EPM consultants, building UK capability for the practice
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities — proposal writing, solution shaping, effort estimation, and client presentations

Practice Development

  • Develop public sector-specific EPM accelerators, templates, and reference architectures
  • Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud quarterly releases and translate new features into client value
  • Represent Mastek at Oracle EPM partner forums, public sector events, and CIPFA / UCISA conferences where relevant
