Job Summary: As a Product Analyst, you will support the delivery of value by working on features, components, or parts of a product. You’ll use data, research, and user feedback to inform decisions, enhance user experience, and contribute to iterative development in line with user needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior, data, and feedback to support product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and developers to define and refine features.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Support backlog refinement by providing evidence-based priorities and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Assist in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Promote a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and user research methods.
  • Experience with Financial regulatory domain
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into practical solutions and explain insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, empathy, and a user-first mindset aligned with agile ways of working.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methods.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience of working in Agile teams
