📍 Location: Leeds / Reading (occasional travel to Croydon required)

🏢 Working Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to provide senior product leadership across a complex Government health portfolio. This is a high‐impact role suited to a confident product leader who can operate at both strategic and delivery levels, influence senior stakeholders, and embed product‐led ways of working in a regulated environment.

What you’ll do

• Champion product‐led delivery, demonstrating measurable value across a complex organisation
• Own a portfolio‐level view of priorities, dependencies, risks and outcomes
• Translate strategic objectives into clear product direction, roadmaps and decision‐making frameworks
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across policy, technology and delivery
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance, assurance and regulatory requirements typical of the health sector
• Lead through influence, uplifting product capability across teams and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

✅ 8–10+ years’ experience in Product Management, including senior or portfolio‐level roles

✅ Proven experience managing multi‐team / complex product environments

✅ Strong stakeholder influence at Director / Executive level

✅ Track record of outcome‐led, value‐focused delivery, using data and insight

✅ Excellent communication, judgement and decision‐making skills

Desirable

• Experience in health, public sector or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Government Digital & Data (DDaT) ways of working
• Experience coaching product teams in mixed‐maturity organisations
