Sales Director
Job Overview:
We need an experienced Oracle Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within the UK Private Sector market. This role will be a replacement for Mital’s role as he is moving to delivery 1 st Apr. The DBM will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients & Oracle Commercial AEs, and achieving OB and Revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve OB & revenue targets within the UK Private Sector market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Oracle stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing and Oracle service line to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance and contribute to overall team success.
- Represent the company at industry events & conferences to promote our solutions and brand.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling Oracle solutions within the UK Private Sector market.
- Strong understanding of Oracle's product portfolio and value proposition, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
