They are looking for a implementation specialist to help their customers get the most value and best experience from their technology.
They are looking for an exceptional communicator, confident with customers and use to delivering an excellent customer experience. The main focus of this role is delivering high level training, consultancy, onboarding, demonstrations and seminars to their customers, supporting both their on-boarding and continued use of the suite of financial software products. This is almost exclusively delivered remote apart from the odd occasion or attending industry events.
The company have an excellent culture and are remote first in attitude. Training and development will be provided and you can expect to progress every few years with the company. Their clients are predominantly accountancy firms. Key for this role is a solid knowledge around onboarding customers and accountancy software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for new customers from point of sales handover through to successful onboarding sign-off and handover to Account Management
- Run project planning calls with new customers to understand their requirements, set expectations, agree timelines, and establish the onboarding plan
- Take ownership of any issues arising during onboarding
- Own and execute end-to-end data conversions from competitor systems
- Own and execute database merges for existing customers, using automated tooling to manage the process.
- Deliver training sessions focused on each customer’s key pain points and areas of most value
- Coordinate with the Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery of formal training packages where required
- Drive customer advocacy by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that turns new customers into active promoters
- Actively seek opportunities to refine existing processes, driving efficiency savings, quality improvement, and increased customer satisfaction
- Contribute to documentation and guides to assist colleagues and customers in understanding the onboarding process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role involving project coordination, consultancy, or account management - ideally within a accountancy SaaS or software company
- Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects with competing priorities and timelines
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience working with data in a professional context - comfortable handling, reviewing, and manipulating data sets
- Familiarity with the customer data lifecycle, including data migration, onboarding, or systems implementation
- Experience delivering software training or consultancy sessions to customers at varying levels of seniority
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
