ServiceNow & Identity Migration Architect (Okta to Entra ID)Location: Fully RemoteRate: £680 - £730 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella)Contract: Initial 2 month contract with extension potentialWe're supporting Davies in the search for an experienced ServiceNow & Identity Migration Architect to join a major identity transformation programme, migrating from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID .This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong ServiceNow architecture background and proven experience delivering identity and access management transformations. You'll be responsible for assessing current-state processes, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for workflow rationalisation and automation, and defining the target-state architecture for identity lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business, security, and technical stakeholdersAssess and document existing identity and access management processesAnalyse current ServiceNow workflows and integrations supporting OktaDesign future-state workflows and integrations aligned to Microsoft Entra IDIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate processesDefine solution and integration architecture across ServiceNow and Entra IDSupport the successful delivery of the migration programme from a design and governance perspectiveCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementationEssential ExperienceExtensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical ArchitectStrong ServiceNow workflow design, automation, and integration expertiseProven experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM platformsExperience delivering Okta to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) migration programmesStrong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity GovernanceExperience with Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and lifecycle managementStrong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experienceEnterprise architecture and solution design experience within large-scale transformation programmesIdeal CandidateThis is not a pure IAM Architect role.
