BIM Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
What We're Looking For:
- Lead BIM delivery across rail design projects from concept through to construction.
- Develop and manage BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage model federations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650.
- Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Support and mentor engineers, technicians, and BIM coordinators.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager within engineering, infrastructure, or rail environments.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital delivery, and information management.
- Experience working on rail projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Bentley Systems software (OpenBuildings, MicroStation, ProjectWise, etc.).
- Experience with Autodesk Revit would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and common data environments (CDEs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
