EPIC PMO Analyst
The PMO Analyst serves as the "single source of truth" for the migration project. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that the RFP process is objective, the SQL team is technically prepared, and the migration budget remains solvent. Your primary goal is to provide the data-driven evidence required to prove the project is meeting its milestones.
Key Responsibilities 1. RFP Coordination & Procurement Governance-
Version Control: Act as the custodian for all RFP documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are working from the most recent technical specifications.
-
Scoring Management: Aggregate and normalize scoring matrices from various evaluators to provide a transparent, weighted recommendation for vendor selection.
-
Vendor Liaison: Manage the "Question & Answer" log between the Trust and bidding vendors, ensuring all parties receive consistent information simultaneously.
-
Certification Tracking: Maintain a real-time dashboard of the SQL team's progress through the Epic Training Track (specifically ODBA and relevant Cogito certifications).
-
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "knowledge gaps." If a developer fails a certification or a training deadline is missed, you must escalate this as a project risk that could delay the migration timeline.
-
Resource Forecasting: Help the Delivery Manager understand when specific team members will be "operationally ready" based on their training completion dates.
-
Budget Monitoring: Track actual spend against the "Epic on Azure" migration fund, highlighting variances before they become deficits.
-
Consumption Analysis: Monitor Azure cloud consumption costs (OpEx) during the pilot phases to ensure they align with initial projections.
-
Training ROI: Verify that specialized training costs are tracked and that the Trust is utilizing its allocated educational credits effectively.
