Fleet Performance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a preventative maintenance programme
- Leading the predictive maintenance philosophy
- Identifying and communicating maintenance tasks using multiple data sources
- Ensuring Technical Dispatch Reliability from an operational and reliability perspective
- Developing, maintaining, and presenting operational and performance reports
- Providing technical support and guidance to the Maintrol Team
- Collaborating with the Safety Service and Air Ops teams on flight data review
Job Requirements:
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly with Embraer E190 aircraft
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analytics
- Understanding of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, and Part 145 requirements
- Ability to hold a full airside pass and travel within the UK and Europe
Experience:
- CAA Part-66 B1/B2 license or equivalent engineering qualification
- Type rating on Embraer E190 aircraft or similar technical support experience
- Knowledge of airline business, regulatory, and operating environments
