What you’ll be doing
- Leading the design and development of complex, high‐speed digital hardware
- Working with state‐of‐the‐art MPSoC FPGAs and AI acceleration hardware
- Designing hardware for high‐performance signal processing applications (e.g. SDR, radar, sensor‐based systems)
- Owning the digital hardware architecture from concept through to production
- Collaborating closely with systems, software, firmware, mechanical, and production teams
- Supporting technical decision‐making and design trade‐offs across the full product lifecycle
- Driving high standards in design quality, documentation, and delivery
This role offers a clear path to becoming a recognised technical authority within your field.

- Proven experience with FPGA / MPSoC‐based hardware
- Hands‐on design experience with DDR memory, Flash, and high‐speed serial interfaces
- Experience with Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis
- Comfortable supporting board‐level test, bring‐up, and debug
Technical skills
- VHDL experience (for test and debug support)
- C, C++ or Python for hardware test, diagnostics, or automation
- Solid understanding of hardware architectures and data‐flow
Nice to have
- Exposure to DSP concepts, SDR, radar, or sensor‐based systems
- Experience working in complex, multi‐disciplinary engineering environments
What sets you apart
- You enjoy being the technical go‐to person
- You can balance hands‐on design with technical leadership
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy influencing outcomes
- You care deeply about elegant, robust, and well‐documented designs
Why this role?
- Work on technically challenging, high‐performance systems
- Take ownership of meaningful, real‐world hardware
- Grow your career as a technical lead and subject‐matter expert
