A great opportunity has opened for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our HR team and help drive the optimisation of our HR systems, reporting, and data processes.

🔍 About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can manage and enhance our suite of HR systems, ensure data accuracy, support system improvements, and deliver meaningful HR insights. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly and efficiently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and support HR systems and data integrity
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and system providers
• Keep HR processes up to date and functioning effectively
• Produce HR metrics, dashboards and insights
• Lead system enhancements across ERP, Recruitment, L&D & Benefits
• Support system testing, integrations, and upgrades
• Document requirements and contribute to business cases
• Train HR team members on system usage and best practice
• Ensure strong data privacy and compliance controls
👤 About You
• Experience in an HRIS or HR systems role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR data & GDPR
• ERP upgrade/implementation experience
• Skilled in HR systems such as IFS, Cornerstone, Eploy or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem‐solving ability
• Advanced Excel + Power BI familiarity
• Strong communicator with great attention to detail
