IT Solution Architect

Our client, a leading company in the IT sector, is currently seeking an IT Solution Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across business-critical systems including ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the architecture and data strategies support their objectives.
• Define enterprise policies and standards for development and use of different technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and commercial teams to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to the enterprise architecture repository.
• Support procurement and vendor selection processes by evaluating technical fit and integration capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership during project delivery, including oversight of development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Mentor the wider technology team, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Experience in IT architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Technical leadership and project management experience.
