Nexthink Administration & Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Monitoring | Inside IR35 | ASAP Start | Contract until January 2027
We're partnering with a prestigious London-based law firm to secure an experienced Nexthink Platform SME to support and enhance the firm's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring capability.
This role will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimisation of the Nexthink platform, leveraging data and insights to improve end-user experience, proactively identify issues, and support EUC and Service Desk operations.
While primarily remote, candidates should be willing and able to travel to London on occasion for stakeholder engagement, workshops and project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Nexthink platform.
- Manage and maintain Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and manage Nexthink dashboards, investigations and campaigns.
- Analyse endpoint performance and user experience trends through endpoint analytics.
- Create and maintain remote actions and scripting to automate issue resolution and platform management tasks.
- Work closely with Service Desk and End User Computing (EUC) teams to drive proactive support and operational improvements.
- Identify, investigate and resolve end-user experience issues using Nexthink insights and telemetry.
- Perform platform administration, patching, upgrades and routine maintenance activities.
- Provide recommendations to improve device health, performance and user productivity.
- Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting the Nexthink platform.
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring and analytics.
- Proven expertise creating and managing dashboards, investigations and campaigns.
- Experience developing and supporting remote actions and scripts.
- Strong understanding of endpoint analytics, device performance monitoring and user experience management.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with Service Desk and EUC functions.
- Experience with platform maintenance, patching and upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within legal, professional services or other highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, SCCM or related endpoint technologies.
- Experience supporting large enterprise desktop environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
