Operations Support Analyst
We are recruiting an Operations Support Analyst to support our client with the rollout of new payment technology across a large UK network. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping operations running smoothly.Role details:* 6-month temporary contract* £197 p/d PAYE* Hybrid - 3 days per week in Keynsham* Initial hours: 3pm-11pm (first 3 months)
What you'll be doing:* Supporting the rollout of new payment terminals (PDQs)* Helping clinic teams adopt new processes and resolve issues* Managing terminal setup, configuration, and inventory* Coordinating with third-party providers and internal teams* Reporting on rollout progress, incidents, and trends* Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for:* Strong communicator, confident with both technical and non-technical users* Experience using card machines (taking payments)* Admin skills and computer literacy* Good problem-solver with solid organisational skills* Experience in operations, support, customer service payments, or similar* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* High attention to detail and accuracy
