Project Manager / Business Analyst

BAE - Shared Services (SHRS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, focusing on the Defence & Security sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects over a 12-month period.

• Overseeing project delivery and ensuring all objectives are met within the set timelines.
• Analysing business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Creating detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring clarity on project deliverables.
• Delivering reports and presentations on project status to senior management.

• Proven experience in Project Management within the Defence & Security sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
