Senior Business Analyst - Outside IR35
Our client, a leading player in the Defence & Security sector, is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Aberdeen on a contract basis. This project, focusing on defence-related initiatives, demands a comprehensive understanding of repeatable manufacturing processes and ERP-based mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes within a defence-related context to identify improvement opportunities
- Map manufacturing processes and ensure they are aligned with the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise process efficiency
- Develop comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-making
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to defence and security
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and validate business requirements
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones within the 4-month contract period
Job Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis, particularly within the defence and security sector
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their repeatability
- Proficiency in ERP systems and process mapping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week in Aberdeen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Capacity to work under IR35 compliance for a 4-month contract
- Ability to commence work imminently and partake in an interview process this week
