Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist. Join them at their Farnborough, where you will work with groundbreaking technology alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systemsManage system configuration, security, governance, and complianceLead system support, incident resolution, and service deliveryOversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partnersDrive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharingJob Requirements: Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscapeExperience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modulesProven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiativesStrong governance, security, and service management knowledgeExcellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skillsResults-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEssential Qualifications: Technical degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent professional experienceBenefits: Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and innovationsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesThis role is full-time, based at Farnborough with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
