I’m partnered with a growing financial services organisation that’s looking to hire a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to take ownership of their modern workplace environment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a blend of support, cloud administration, and small project delivery within a low‐complexity user base.

What You’ll Do

• Provide senior-level support across Windows/macOS, O365, and core workplace technologies.
• Take end-to-end ownership of Microsoft 365 and identity services, including device management and security controls.
• Lead modern endpoint initiatives (Autopilot/Intune) and drive continuous improvements across tooling and policies.
• Manage operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, and asset oversight.
• Support small technology projects and occasionally visit UK sites for hands-on work and user engagement.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in IT engineering/support within a professional environment.
• Solid experience across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, and Intune.
• Good understanding of modern endpoint management, security best practice, and networking fundamentals.
• Confidence engaging with users and stakeholders, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
• PowerShell skills and experience automating day-to-day tasks are a plus.
• Financial services industry experience is a huge bonus.

This is a 12‐Month FTC based in London.
