Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will oversee complex infrastructure developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of hyperscale data centre projects, coordinating design, construction, and commissioning phases
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards across all project activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for senior leadership
- Support business development by providing technical expertise and project insights as needed
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience managing data centre or critical infrastructure projects, with a focus on hyperscale facilities
- Strong understanding of data centre design, construction processes, and technical requirements
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple contractors
- Experience with project management software and tools relevant to the data centre sector
