About the Role
We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with strong technical capability and a passion for delivering high-quality systems across the full engineering lifecycle. You’ll be instrumental in writing, managing, and deriving system requirements , performing integration and validation activities , and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we exceed customer and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive and manage system requirements from customer needs and business objectives
- Write design documents and functional requirements in line with industry and internal standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system development
- Conduct system integration and testing activities to verify and validate functionality
- Evaluate interfaces and integration plans using electrical and software ICDs
- Prepare and maintain system engineering plans, procedures, and test reports
- Recommend system enhancements and ensure continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong communicator and collaborator

- Self-driven, proactive, and organised with excellent planning skills
- Able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Eligible for or already holds SC-level security clearance
Skills & Experience
- Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle
- Strong background in writing and managing technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with system integration and testing
- Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Cameo, or similar modelling platforms
Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects (preferably in defence, aerospace, or transport domains)
