Overview

A global technology organisation operating in highly regulated and secure environments is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Talent Acquisition function. This role will specialise in recruiting across technology and cyber security disciplines, supporting complex and specialist hiring needs across digital, engineering, and cyber teams.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic recruitment partner to senior stakeholders, delivering end‐to‐end recruitment solutions while building strong, sustainable pipelines for some of the most in‐demand skill sets in the market.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with technology and cyber leaders, providing expert market insight and delivering high‐quality hiring outcomes across hard‐to‐fill roles. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, improving candidate experience, and ensuring compliance within a security‐conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across technology, cyber security, and engineering teams to scope requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Manage full‐cycle recruitment for specialist and niche roles, including cyber security, software engineering, systems engineering, cloud, data, and emerging technologies
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using direct search, networking, talent mapping, and market intelligence
  • Build and maintain pipelines of candidates suitable for work in secure and regulated environments
  • Provide consultative advice on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and market trends
  • Deliver a high‐quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensure recruitment activity aligns with internal governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and security teams to support vetting and clearance processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience recruiting for technology and cyber security roles
  • Strong understanding of the tech and cyber talent market, particularly hard‐to‐source skill sets
  • Experience managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes in complex organisations
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and direct outreach methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship‐building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, delivery‐focused environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearance or working in regulated industries
  • In‐house recruitment experience within a large or global organisation
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Experience supporting early‐career, graduate, or pipeline hiring programmes in technology or cyber
