DevOps Technical Test Manager

📍 Leatherhead (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

💰 £58–£62.50 per hour (Outside IR35)

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Technical Test Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role blends hands-on testing with modern DevOps practices, focusing on automation, data validation, and quality assurance across complex environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end testing across Agile and Waterfall
• Build and integrate automated test frameworks within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Perform backend data validation using SQL/MySQL
• Ensure quality governance, reporting, and defect management
• Validate dashboards and data-driven outputs (Power BI / Power Apps)

Key experience:

• Strong background in DevOps testing and automation
• Experience across large, multi-supplier programmes
• Solid SQL/data validation skills
• Confident stakeholder engagement and governance reporting
