Are you a Microsoft 365 expert passionate about collaboration tools and driving workplace efficiency through modern cloud-based solutions? We’re looking for a talented engineer to join our team and take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and the integration of third-party SaaS tools into our workplace ecosystem.

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will lead the delivery and support of core Microsoft 365 services—Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive—and play a key role in the rollout of SaaS applications, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Proven track record of email and SharePoint migrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune is beneficial.
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and support third-party SaaS tools.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms into Microsoft-based environments.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance in a Microsoft cloud context.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and administration.

• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• Clear communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage and execute email and SharePoint migration projects.
• Support the rollout and integration of SaaS-based workplace tools, ensuring smooth user adoption.
• Assist in the implementation of identity, access, and device management policies.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve administrative efficiency using PowerShell.
• Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
