Senior User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams.
• Present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Perform usability testing and incorporate improvements based on user insights.
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Advocate UX best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Design Systems.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.
