Full Stack Engineer

This role is not for someone looking for work-life balance or incremental impact. It is for engineers who are driven to build exceptional systems and expect their work to compound for years. You will own product surfaces end-to-end — from data model to API to UI — and be held to a bar where style, speed, and correctness all matter simultaneously.

What you'll do

• Own major product areas from zero → production → scale
• Design and implement frontend, backend, and data systems with strong opinions
• Make architectural decisions with long-term consequences — and live with them
• Work directly with founders on core product and technical direction
• Ship relentlessly, refactor aggressively, and raise the bar with every iteration

What we require

• Exceptional engineering ability across the stack — not shallow familiarity
• Proven history of building real systems used by real users
• Strong product intuition: you understand why something should exist, not just how
• Comfort operating without guardrails, specs, or hand-holding
• Ability to think clearly under pressure and move fast without breaking fundamentals
• Tier-1 university education or equivalent signal
• Outstanding academic or competitive achievement or exceptional real-world engineering track record
• Prior experience at top-tier tech companies, elite startups, or demonstrably high-bar environments
