This is a full-cycle Account Executive role joining early in the GTM journey, with strong ownership and opportunity to influence how the sales function scales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking and events
  • Sell into law firms and enterprise legal stakeholders
  • Run consultative demos and explain complex AI solutions
  • Manage deals end-to-end from prospecting through close
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to share market feedback

Average deal size around £60k ARR, with enterprise opportunities exceeding £1m.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience selling complex SaaS or AI solutions
  • Comfortable selling into lawyers or senior professional stakeholders
  • Articulate, consultative communication style (not overly sales-led)
  • Strong new business / hunter mindset
  • Startup mentality - ownership, pace, and adaptability

Legal or patent experience is beneficial but not essential.
