The Role:
Join a high-growth FinTech scale-up that's reshaping the financial services landscape. We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to closing deals with high-value clients.
As part of a dynamic sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth, converting qualified leads, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across finance, tech, and operations. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that meet real-world challenges in the financial space.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid background in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech, who’s hungry to make an impact and grow with the company.
Key Tasks:
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound activity and strategic prospecting
- Manage early-stage relationships until accounts are established
- Reactivate and grow low or dormant accounts
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise territory performance
- Ensure compliance and assist in follow-ups and task completion within your zone
