Account Executive – New Business (Mid-market SaaS)
UK | Fully Remote (with occasional travel)
I’m working with a high-growth UK-based B2B SaaS company operating in the incident management, risk and security technology space. The business is privately backed, scaling at ~50% year-on-year, and expanding its commercial team as part of a planned growth phase.
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role focused on new logo acquisition, with scope to grow and expand accounts over time.
The Role
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, selling a mission-critical SaaS platform used by commercial organisations to manage incidents, security risks and critical events across multi-site environments.
This is a visible role with strong leadership access and the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy as the business scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new enterprise customers across commercial sectors
- Owning the full sales cycle end to end
- Building and managing your own pipeline (supported by marketing)
- Running discovery, demos and value-led presentations
- Managing commercial negotiations and contracts
- Applying a structured sales methodology to maintain forecast accuracy
- Supporting land-and-expand opportunities within accounts
- Feeding market insight back into Product and Marketing
Essential Experience
This role requires one of the following backgrounds:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into the property industry
- (commercial real estate, facilities management, PropTech, estates, multi-site portfolios)
- or
- Experience selling risk management, incident management, or security software solutions
In addition, you should have:
- Proven experience closing B2B SaaS deals
- Confidence owning the full sales cycle
- Strong discovery and value-selling capability
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into multi-site or property-heavy organisations
- Familiarity with MEDDIC
- HubSpot experience
- Entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset
