Account Manager
London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
£150,000–£160,000 OTE (60/40 split)
A leading global FinTech SaaS organisation is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across the UK and EMEA.
This is a client-facing, commercially focused role where you will own and develop relationships with a small number of high-value accounts, driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across a £5M+ account portfolio.
This role offers a high level of ownership and autonomy and would suit someone experienced in managing complex enterprise clients within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–14 strategic enterprise accounts
- Own the commercial relationship with key clients
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Manage a £5M+ revenue portfolio
- Travel to meet clients and strengthen relationships when required
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Delivery, and Customer Success
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Account Management within a SaaS or FinTech environment
- Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals and account expansion
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise clients
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable operating in a client-facing role with autonomy
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
- OTE (60/40 split)
- Hybrid working 2–3 days per week in London office
