Business Development Manager (SaaS | New Business)

📍 Nottingham (2–3 days per week)

đź’° ÂŁ60,000 base + ÂŁ35,000 OTE + ÂŁ5,700 car allowance

The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading provider of SaaS solutions within the rental and supply chain space, as they continue to scale their commercial team.

This is a pure new business role, focused on selling a SaaS-based rental management platform designed for the mid-market.

If you’re a hunter by nature, with a background in ERP, supply chain, or warehouse management software, and thrive in a full-cycle sales role, this is a great opportunity to own your pipeline and make a tangible impact on growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business revenue across the UK & EMEA (mix of inbound + self-generated)
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Running consultative discovery calls to understand customer needs
  • Delivering tailored product demos and clearly articulating value
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Working closely with marketing on campaign-generated opportunities
  • Presenting insights and updates in monthly sales meetings

What We’re Looking For (Must Have)

  • Proven new business SaaS sales experience
  • Background in ERP, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management software
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience managing a full end-to-end sales cycle
  • Confident engaging stakeholders up to C-level
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality
