Looking to step into a role where you'll be selling genuinely innovative technology and have a clear route into a closing position?
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology business operating across AI infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy and alternative investments.
This isn't your typical BDR role. You'll work directly alongside experienced sales leaders, generating opportunities through outbound activity, networking and industry events, while learning how to sell high-value solutions to business owners, investors and senior decision-makers.
What's on offer?

What you'll be doing:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings
- Attending exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Working closely with senior sales leaders on live opportunities
- Learning the full sales cycle with a clear progression path into a Business Development Manager role
We're looking for:
- Previous BDR, SDR or new business sales experience
- A genuine passion for technology and commercial sales
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- A resilient, ambitious and coachable mindset
- Someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales
