BI Developer – Azure & Power BI (Tech for Good)
📍 Manchester City Centre | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
This is a great opportunity for a BI Developer or Data Analyst who enjoys being hands-on with data and wants to help shape a growing analytics capability without getting pulled into overly complex enterprise architecture.
The company is evolving its data platform and looking for someone who can work across ETL processes, data modelling, and Power BI development - helping improve and simplify the way data is moved, structured, and delivered across the business.
Initially, the focus will be on practical hands-on work:
- improving existing ETL processes
- supporting data transformation work
- refining reporting and dashboards
- helping create a stable, scalable BI environment
Over time, the role will naturally evolve towards:
- analytics
- dashboard development
- stakeholder engagement
- internal BI consulting
You’ll work closely with developers, graduates, and stakeholders across the organisation, becoming the team’s go-to hands-on BI specialist without needing to be a full architect or data engineer.
