You will lead a discovery phase on a complex D365 Finance and Operations estate. You will identify root causes. You will define fixes. You will support delivery of critical changes.

What you will do

• Run a full technical and functional discovery of a problematic D365 F&O system
• Review finance and operations modules and integrations
• Diagnose performance, data, and process issues
• Work with stakeholders to define root causes
• Design practical remediation plans
• Support fixes through development and deployment
• Work closely with .NET and C# teams on extensions and integrations
• Produce clear technical documentation and recommendations

Skills and experience required

• Strong hands-on D365 F&O experience
• Proven discovery and remediation work on live D365 estates
• Solid .NET and C# development knowledge
• Strong understanding of integrations and data flows
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Proven delivery on contract engagements
