Data Ops Analyst £40,000-50,000Manchester (Hybrid) 3 days in office per week | Growing professional services firm | Data, reporting & insights.I’m working with a well-established professional services company that’s investing heavily in data. They’re now looking for a Data Ops Analyst to join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on making data useful and accessible across the business.What you’ll be doing:

• Handling day-to-day data requests (via JIRA)
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Analysing large datasets to find trends and insights
• Working with teams to understand reporting needs
• Improving data quality and automating recurring reports
• Documenting your work to support collaboration and consistency

What you’ll need:

• Solid SQL and Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
• Some Python knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable explaining data to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure, Databricks or ETL processes
• Understanding of data modelling concepts
