Salary: £80,000 -£85,000 Base + £80,000 Uncapped OTE

Working with enterprise organisations across AI, Technology, Retail, Professional Services, Media, and FMCG, you'll engage senior decision-makers to design and deliver large-scale learning, workforce development, digital skills, leadership, and talent programmes.
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on building long-term partnerships and helping organisations address critical challenges around workforce capability, talent development, and organisational transformation.
With deal values regularly ranging from £250k to £1m+, you'll be responsible for managing complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy buying processes.
The Role
- Generate and win new enterprise business opportunities across large corporate organisations
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, Learning & Development, Operations, Transformation, and Executive Leadership teams
- Identify workforce and capability challenges and align programmes to business objectives
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
- Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth
- Build compelling business cases and commercial proposals
- Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process, including procurement and executive sponsors
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in enterprise new business sales
- Experience carrying an annual revenue target of £1m+
- Demonstrable track record of closing six and seven-figure deals
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover business challenges and align commercial solutions
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers, including Director, VP, and C-Suite level stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
