💰 £100,000 – £130,000 DOE + Benefits
We are partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation to help them appoint a senior leader to oversee their information security strategy during a significant phase of digital growth and transformation.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to safeguard critical systems, data, and operations across an international footprint.
🔐 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the organisation’s information security framework across multiple technology environments
- Manage cyber risk, threat detection, incident response, and policy development efforts
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership and maintain regular engagement with executive stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security best practices across business units
- Build and lead a high-performing internal security team
- Stay abreast of emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to maintain compliance and resilience

- Extensive leadership experience in information security or cybersecurity roles
- Broad technical knowledge spanning security architecture, operations, compliance, and cloud security
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across global teams
- Strong communication skills to translate complex security concepts into business language
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of leading by example
