- Salary up to 140 k + Commission
- Travel opportunities meeting clients Global across the US (East), Europe and Australia.
- Lead the Solution Consulting team through the transformation to become product first & work closely with Product & Sales Leadership across the business.
- Sales lifecycle experience knows good sales processes, understand the commercial element and can lead from the front.
- Extensive experience working in a SaaS environment that is a product first organisation or are already undertaking that transition.
- Team management experience ideally globally.
- Demonstrable experience going through the growth phase within a company that is in scale-up mode and have the battle scars of what went right and wrong.
