Maxwell Bond have partnered with a growing financial services organisation who are looking for a hands-on Product Manager on a fixed term contract.

This role sits at the heart of delivery, working in live, complex environments, focusing on improving large scale lender integrations, decisioning and operational processes. You'll be stepping into an established setup, taking full ownership of the product and driving measurable improvements at pace.

What you'll do as Product Manager:

• Own delivery across complex lender products, leading on integrations, data flows and decisioning journeys.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers and lender partners to improve reliability, performance and scalability.
• Use data and insights to identify friction and remove any chaos from processes, optimising the lender journeys to improve approval rates and speed.

What we're looking for in a Product Manager:

• Proven experience working on complex integration-heavy products or platforms, with large API ecosystems.
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders, including lender teams and external partners.
• Pragmatic and delivery focused, able to dig into detail, and challenge when required.
