The Role

As Product Manager, you will work with the Head of Product to influence product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management across a growing suite of technology solutions. Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and customers, you will translate business and user needs into innovative product capabilities that support both commercial objectives and customer success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and release plans.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and ongoing enhancement.
  • Work closely with technical teams to turn complex capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
  • Ensure product strategy aligns with wider business objectives.
  • Drive product governance, best practice and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Use customer feedback, data, and market insight to inform product decisions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion the product function across the business.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap management, and product lifecycle ownership.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware, analytical and customer focused.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within energy, sustainability, IoT, smart buildings or building automation sectors.
  • Exposure to AI, automation or connected technology products.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of retail, facilities management, or multi-site operational environments.
  • Previous experience within a scaling or high-growth technology business.
