£28k base | £35–40k OTE
2 days WFH | 3 days office-based
This is a proper outbound SDR role for someone who enjoys being on the phone, having conversations, and building momentum.
You'll be joining a growing B2B business selling a candidate screening / compliance solution into companies, working with warm in-house accounts rather than cold lists. The focus is on qualifying opportunities and booking quality meetings for the Sales Manager.
