The Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients worldwide across Sport, Events, and Music, ranging from major organisations to individual users. You’ll understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client portfolios, building strong, lasting relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert support and guidance
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and maximise revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues
- Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders
About You:
- Experience in account management, client services, or similar roles
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Bilingual skills highly desirable to support international clients
- Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
