I’m working with a global tech and security leader that is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst to join their team. They’re a well-established organisation with a huge international footprint, so there’s plenty of scale and complexity behind their technology estate.
This is a great opportunity for a Dynamics 365 professional to take ownership of a key CRM environment while developing into a broader Business Systems role. This is initially focused on MS Dynamics 365 CRM, where you’ll be the key UK point of contact between the business, internal teams and 3rd-party suppliers. You’ll be involved in CRM support and improvements, gathering business requirements, integrations, testing and system rollouts.
The longer-term opportunity is particularly interesting, as the role will become broader and more focused on business process improvement, Sales systems and the rollout of a global CRM platform.
What you'll be doing:
- Support and improve Dynamics 365 CRM, alongside other CRM ecosystems used including Power Platform, Dataverse, CPQ.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage testing, releases and system rollouts
- Work across integrations, APIs and 3rd-party systems
- Identify opportunities to improve Sales and Operational processes
- Help shape the transition towards a new global CRM platform
