You start your week remote, picking up work across backend services and frontend delivery. You shape APIs in C# and .NET, then switch into React to build features users rely on. You stay close to product decisions and see how your work moves into production across a global platform.

You work across AWS or Azure, watching services scale as usage grows. You make decisions on structure, performance, and reliability. You join conversations with a distributed engineering team where standards get set through real delivery, not process.

You join as the first UK engineer. That means your input sets direction early. You influence architecture choices, you define how new features get built, and you help create consistency across the codebase as the team expands.

The environment gives you space to work with focus. You stay remote, with one planned visit to the office each month for alignment and team time. Your package includes upto £80,000 salary, bonus up to 20% based on delivery, and private healthcare for you and your family.
