Salary: ÂŁ80,000 - ÂŁ85,000 + ÂŁ50,000 OTE

A high-growth enterprise SaaS business is hiring a Strategic Accounts Manager to join its expanding Customer Success team. This is a remote role supporting a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, with a strong focus on retention, renewal, and revenue expansion.

You’ll manage a small number of strategic accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure long-term value, increased platform adoption, and continued commercial growth.

The Role:

  • Own and manage 10-14 enterprise accounts valued at approximately ÂŁ500K ARR each
  • Managing an average order value of ÂŁ150,000 dealing with established financial organisations
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the primary post-sale relationship owner, following the Sales handover
  • Deliver a high-touch, bespoke customer experience tailored to each client’s needs
  • Identify opportunities to increase spend and expand usage across the platform
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer success and commercial outcomes
  • Maintain a proactive, sales-driven mindset while delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and complex stakeholder groups, managing a smaller number of high-value accounts with deep, consultative relationships
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS deal sizes averaging ÂŁ150,000+
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on renewal and expansion revenue
  • Articulate, energetic, and confidence whilst engaging senior-level clients and personnel
  • Comfortable balancing customer advocacy with revenue responsibility
