Join a growing scale up building a core platform across Java and Vue. This is a new role, created to bridge the gap between technical leadership and the wider management team. You sit in the middle, own delivery, and make sure strategy turns into working software.

You lead a team of 8 to 12 engineers. You work closely with a Chief Technology Lead and product

leadership. Product sets direction. You define how it gets built and delivered.

Core stack:

Java Spring Boot, Vue, SQL, AWS, CI/CD pipelines

What you will do

• Turn product direction into clear technical plans, system design, and APIs
• Lead day to day delivery across a team of 8 to 12 engineers
• Act as the link between engineering and leadership, keep both sides aligned
• Own full stack delivery, ensure frontend and backend work as one

Experience

• Strong Java and Spring Boot background
